Directions for Use Line · Define · Blend
Gently sharpen the pencil when needed to maintain
a precise application tip.
Starting from the inner or middle section of the
upper lash line, glide the pencil outward using
short, controlled strokes.
Build the line gradually for your desired intensity.
For a softer look, gently blend the edge immediately
after application using an eyeliner brush or fingertip.
The pencil may also be applied along the lower lash line
where desired.
