  4. Review the transaction information.
  5. Authorize the payment.
  6. After successful authorization, you will be returned to Kaelorat.com.

Kaelorat does not control PayPal account eligibility, funding-source availability, or PayPal authorization decisions.

4. Apple Pay

Apple Pay is supported for customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

To use Apple Pay, the customer must have:

  • A compatible Apple device
  • A supported browser
  • An eligible payment card stored in Apple Wallet
  • A participating card issuer

When these requirements are satisfied, Apple Pay will be displayed as an available payment option during checkout.

If Apple Pay is not displayed, the customer's device, browser, card issuer, payment configuration, or transaction does not meet the applicable Apple Pay requirements.

Payments completed through Apple Pay are subject to the authorization requirements of the customer's card issuer and Apple Pay account.

5. Google Pay

Google Pay is supported for customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

To use Google Pay, the customer must have:

  • A compatible device or browser
  • An eligible payment method connected to Google Pay or Google Wallet
  • A supported billing region

When these requirements are satisfied, Google Pay will be displayed during checkout.

If Google Pay is not displayed, the applicable device, browser, payment method, account, or transaction does not meet the required conditions.

Google Pay transactions remain subject to approval by the applicable bank or payment provider.

6. Klarna

Klarna is offered to eligible customers in the following markets:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

Klarna provides alternative payment arrangements subject to its own approval process.

The specific Klarna payment option available to an eligible customer will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Klarna determines:

  • Customer eligibility
  • Transaction approval
  • Available payment plans
  • Payment limits
  • Payment schedules
  • Account restrictions
  • Additional verification requirements

Kaelorat does not make Klarna credit or eligibility decisions.

If Klarna is not displayed during checkout, Klarna is not available for that particular transaction.

Customers using Klarna should review the payment schedule and applicable Klarna terms presented before completing the purchase.

7. Payment Security

Kaelorat takes reasonable measures to maintain a secure payment environment.

Secure Data Transmission

Kaelorat.com uses SSL/TLS encryption to help protect information transmitted between the customer's device and our website.

Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

These providers maintain their own payment security, fraud-prevention, authentication, and transaction-processing systems.

Card Information

Kaelorat does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers or CVV security codes.

Sensitive payment information is transmitted to and processed by the applicable payment provider.

8. Payment Authorization

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that payment has been approved.

All transactions remain subject to authorization by the applicable:

  • Bank
  • Card issuer
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna
  • Other authorized payment provider

An order cannot be successfully completed if the selected payment method is declined or cannot be authorized.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and payment information entered during checkout is accurate and current.

9. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment can be declined for several reasons, including:

  • Incorrect card information
  • Incorrect billing address
  • Expired payment card
  • Insufficient available funds
  • Bank security restrictions
  • Online transaction restrictions
  • International transaction restrictions
  • Failed identity or cardholder verification
  • Fraud-prevention controls
  • Payment-provider restrictions
  • Temporary payment-processing issues

If a transaction is unsuccessful, customers should:

  1. Review the payment information entered during checkout.
  2. Verify the billing address.
  3. Confirm that the payment method is active.
  4. Contact the applicable bank or payment provider.
  5. Use another accepted payment method where necessary.
  6. Contact Kaelorat Customer Support if the issue continues.

Repeated unsuccessful payment attempts within a short period can trigger additional security restrictions from a bank or payment provider.

10. Pending Payment Authorizations

A bank or payment provider can temporarily display a transaction as pending even when an order has not been successfully completed.

A pending authorization does not necessarily represent a finalized charge.

When a transaction is unsuccessful, the applicable bank or payment provider generally releases the authorization according to its own processing schedule.

The time required for a pending authorization to disappear varies by financial institution.

If you believe that a completed charge has occurred but you did not receive an order confirmation, contact:

support@kaelorat.com

Please include the email address used during checkout and any available order information.

For security reasons, never send your complete card number or CVV code by email.

11. Order Confirmation

After payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been accepted, Kaelorat will send an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers should verify that their email address is entered correctly.

If an order confirmation is not received:

  1. Check the spam or junk email folder.
  2. Confirm that payment was successfully completed.
  3. Allow a reasonable period for transaction processing.
  4. Contact Kaelorat Customer Support if the confirmation cannot be located.

Please include your order number when available.

12. Currency

Prices on Kaelorat.com are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is specifically shown during checkout.

If the customer's payment account is denominated in another currency, the applicable bank or payment provider can convert the transaction automatically.

The converted amount is determined by factors including:

  • Exchange rate
  • Financial institution
  • Card issuer
  • Payment provider
  • Transaction date

Kaelorat does not determine the currency conversion rate applied by a customer's financial institution.

13. Foreign Transaction & Currency Conversion Fees

A bank, card issuer, or payment provider can charge additional fees for an international transaction.

These charges can include:

  • Foreign transaction fees
  • Currency conversion fees
  • International payment fees
  • Bank processing fees

These fees are determined and collected by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.

They are not charged or controlled by Kaelorat.

14. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes are calculated according to applicable requirements and transaction information.

Relevant factors can include:

  • Customer location
  • Shipping destination
  • Billing information
  • Applicable tax laws

Taxes collected by Kaelorat will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Taxes collected during checkout are separate from customs duties or import charges imposed by a destination country's authorities.

15. Customs Duties & Import Charges

International orders can be subject to destination-specific customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, customs-processing fees, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed charges.

Unless these charges are specifically collected during checkout, they can be payable by the recipient.

Such charges are:

  • Determined by local authorities
  • Based on the destination country
  • Outside Kaelorat's direct control
  • Separate from Kaelorat's product and shipping charges unless stated otherwise at checkout

Please review our Shipping Policy for additional international-delivery information.

16. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used to complete the purchase.

Examples include:

  • Card payment → refund to the original card
  • PayPal payment → refund through PayPal
  • Apple Pay payment → refund through the associated payment method
  • Google Pay payment → refund through the associated payment method
  • Klarna payment → refund processed in accordance with Klarna's payment and refund procedures

Kaelorat does not normally issue an approved refund to an unrelated payment method.

Once Kaelorat submits a refund, additional processing time can be required by the applicable bank or payment provider.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete refund eligibility and processing information.

17. Klarna Refunds

When an approved refund relates to a Klarna transaction, Kaelorat will submit the applicable refund through the payment-processing system.

Klarna will then update the customer's account or payment schedule according to its own procedures.

Depending on the payment status, Klarna can:

  • Adjust remaining payments
  • Cancel an unpaid installment
  • Credit an eligible amount
  • Return funds through the original Klarna payment arrangement

Questions relating specifically to a Klarna payment schedule or Klarna account should also be directed to Klarna.
